This policy explains what personal information Drop Pro Gear collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information we collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address, along with your order and inquiry history. If you leave a review, we store it with your account. We never store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order and account emails, reply to your inquiries, run the Shuttlecock Club loyalty program, and — only if you haven't opted out — send occasional refill reminders. You can unsubscribe from reminder emails any time from the link in the email or in your account.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card number. Bank-transfer payments reference your order number only.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and save your theme preference. We use error monitoring to keep the site reliable. We don't use cookies to build advertising profiles of you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that run our shop — Square (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting) and Supabase (database) — and only as needed to provide the service, under their own privacy terms.

Your choices & rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information — just email us. You can also manage email preferences and your details from your account. Passwords are stored hashed, and we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
