Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, significantly not as described, or doesn't do what it's meant to, you're entitled to a replacement or a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Change-of-mind returns

Because we sell consumable badminton gear — shuttlecocks and string — we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Once a shuttlecock tube is opened or string is used, it can't be re-sold for hygiene and quality reasons. Please choose carefully: every shuttlecock has a speed guide on its product page, and we're always glad to help you pick the right gear before you order — just reach out.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your gear arrives faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — return postage included. Contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can sort it quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds (for faulty, damaged or incorrect items) are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item or confirming the issue.
