Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship Australia-wide from Sydney. Free local delivery around Sydney Olympic Park (Olympic Park, Lidcombe, Newington, Rhodes and Wentworth Point), Australia Post Parcel Post for $15, or Express Post for $20.
How does payment work?
We use a confirm-then-pay flow. When you place an order we confirm stock and a delivery date, then email you payment details. You can pay by card (processed securely by Square) or by bank transfer. We dispatch once payment is received.
Which shuttlecock speed should I choose?
Most indoor play in Sydney sits around speed 76–77. Every shuttlecock product page includes a speed guide, and warmer or more humid halls generally want a slightly slower shuttle. If you are unsure, email us your venue and we will recommend a speed.
Do you offer club or bulk pricing?
Yes. Club and bulk pricing tiers are shown on the product pages, and if you run a team or a venue you can email us for a tailored quote.
Can I return something?
As we sell consumable gear, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once a shuttlecock tube is opened or string is used. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are fully covered under the Australian Consumer Law — we will replace it or refund you, return postage included. See our Returns page for details.
What is the Shuttlecock Club?
It is our loyalty program. You earn 1 point per $1 spent on paid orders, and you can redeem points for a discount at checkout. Your balance and history are shown in your account.
How will I know my order has shipped?
We will email you when your order is on its way. If anything looks delayed, just reply and we will chase it up.
Are you a real Sydney business?
