Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you browse or buy from Drop Pro Gear. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products & pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We describe our gear as accurately as we can, but if an obvious error slips through (for example a clearly wrong price), we may correct it or cancel the affected order before payment. Prices and stock can change at any time.

Orders & payment

We use a confirm-then-pay flow: when you place an order we confirm stock and a delivery date, then email you payment details. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is arranged. We may decline or cancel an order before payment. You can pay by card (via Square) or bank transfer.

Shipping & returns

Delivery options and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Shuttlecock Club (loyalty)

You earn points on paid orders, redeemable for a discount at checkout under the program's current rules. Points have no cash value, aren't transferable, and we may adjust or end the program — your already-earned balance stays available while the program runs.

Your account

Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Intellectual property & liability

The content, logos and branding on this site are owned by Drop Pro Gear. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss — but again, your Australian Consumer Law guarantees always apply. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
